Yes — every plan includes a one-time setup and development fee to cover initial build, configuration, and onboarding. This is charged at your first payment. Scope and amount are confirmed before you commit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll handle the transition and make sure nothing breaks.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. We can work with your existing site, migrate it, or rebuild it — whatever makes the most sense for your goals.
How does the monthly support work?
Each plan includes ongoing support for your systems: bug fixes, content updates, and proactive monitoring. Larger changes are scoped separately.
Do I need a Stripe account?
For plans with payment features: yes, you'll need a Stripe account. We handle the integration — you just need to connect your account.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
